This series of medium-efficiency filter cartridges is specifically developed for high-pollution industrial applications such as spray painting, welding fume extraction, and laser processing. Featuring an innovative four-stage progressive filtration system (pre-filtration → precision interception → deep adsorption → final purification), it achieves a PM0.3 particle capture efficiency of ≥99.97% and a VOCs removal rate of ≥85%.

The filter cartridges are widely compatible with spray booths, welding fume extractors, laser processing equipment, and other industrial systems. The filter media is composed of premium ultrafine polyester fibers combined with electrostatically charged (electret) materials, forming a multi-layer gradient structure for deep air purification. The media offers high efficiency with low resistance, is environmentally friendly, odorless, bright white in appearance, lightweight, and features clean, well-defined pleats. It completely eliminates the irritation risks associated with traditional fiberglass filter materials.

Both sides of the cartridge are protected by powder-coated metal support meshes, providing excellent heat resistance and deformation resistance to maintain stable internal airflow channels. The frame is constructed from laser-welded aluminum alloy and sealed with TPU gasket strips, delivering superior sealing performance with an air leakage rate of less than 0.001%.

Production is carried out using a dust-free, fully enclosed manual pleating process, ensuring the filter media remains structurally stable, resistant to deformation or breakage, and free from dust leakage.

③ Scheduled replacement based on operating hours and ambient dust concentration.

2. Installation Requirements

Installation must strictly follow the product manual. Ensure that the airflow direction matches the filter’s structural design to avoid performance degradation caused by incorrect installation.

3. Precautions

  • This product is not washable. Do not strike, compress, or squeeze the filter media, as this may cause structural damage and filtration failure.

  • For high-temperature applications, select models rated for temperatures above 100°C to prevent material aging or deformation.

  • Thoroughly clean residual dust and debris inside air ducts prior to installation to avoid secondary contamination.
