1. Replacement Cycle:
Recommended Replacement Interval: Depending on usage intensity and environmental conditions, it is suggested to replace the filter every 3 to 8 months. Regularly replacing the pre-filter ensures the longevity and optimal performance of the medium efficiency filter.
Replacement Indicators: The filter should be replaced when there is reduced suction power, yellowing or blackening of the filter media, visible accumulation of particles on the surface, or dust spots on the airflow side. Replacement frequency depends on the working environment and usage cycle of the equipment.
Installation Direction: Follow the instructions to ensure the airflow direction matches the filter structure.
The filter is not washable. Avoid striking or compressing the filter material, as this may cause structural damage.
For high-temperature environments, use filters rated for temperatures above 100°C.
Prior to installation, ensure the air ducts are free of residual dust to avoid secondary contamination.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the original manufacturer’s filter, which helps maintain the longevity of the equipment.
