Product Introduction
LCT flexible current probe is a current conversion device based on industrial-grade flexible Rogowski coil, suitable for the measurement and control of various AC large currents, and widely used in high-power load analysis, pulse current monitoring, DC ripple measurement, etc. Due to the many advantages of Rogowski coil, it can solve many problems that traditional CT cannot solve, and is a perfect solution to replace traditional CT.
Features
1. Good linearity, output linearity can reach 0.1%, truly reproducing the waveform of the measured current;
2. High accuracy. The overall accuracy of the product is within ±0.5% in the rated current range of 20% to 100%; the overall accuracy of the product is within ±1.0% in the rated current range of 10% to 20%;
3. Wide frequency band, the frequency band can reach 100kHz (can be customized according to needs), good harmonic consistency, and correct transmission of each harmonic;
4. Extremely small phase shift, 50Hz phase shift is less than 0.7 degrees, which is less than the national standard value;
5. Excellent high-frequency response characteristics, can be widely used in signal detection of high-frequency harmonics, complex waveforms, current surges, etc.;

Measurement Considerations
1) To ensure the measurement accuracy, the measured wire should pass through the center of the probe ring during measurement;
2) The error is the largest at the junction of the induction ring, and the measured wire should try to avoid this area;
3) Make sure the probe ring is inserted in place (to the bottom) during measurement, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy;
4) When measuring the measured signal, if there is a strong magnetic field interference source nearby (such as a magnetic field radiation source composed of multiple coils), it should be kept as far away as possible, otherwise it will cause measurement errors;
5) When measuring the measured signal, the probe should be kept as far away as possible from high-speed changing high-voltage signal interference sources (such as signals above 100V/us) or interference sources with frequencies above 1MHz, otherwise it will cause measurement errors;
6) To determine whether there are strong interference sources around, you can use the following method: Place the probe ring around the measured wire, do not clamp the wire, and measure the strength of the surrounding interference signal.
Care And Maintenance
1) Keep the probe clean and dry;
2) If cleaning is required, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and do not use chemical cleaning agents;
3) When the probe is not in use, please put it in the packaging provided and place it in a cool, clean and dry place;
4) When transporting the probe, be sure to put it in the packaging provided by our company to prevent shock;
Do not pull the input and output lines hard, and avoid excessive twisting, bending or knotting.
